Closing Date/Time | 14:00 hours, 20 September 2016 (Tuesday) If a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is in force at any time between 09:00 hours and 12:00 hours on 20 September 2016, the tender closing time be postponed to 14:00 hours on the first working day after the black rainstorm warning signal has ceased to be in effect or the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 is lowered. |

Submission of Tender | Tenderers shall submit three (3) copies of the Technical Proposal (in sealed Envelope A) and two (2) copies of the Price Schedule (in sealed Envelope B) with clear description together with the quotation reference Q1392 and the subject of this quotation on each of the envelopes (Envelope A and Envelope B), and on every page of the Technical Proposal and Price Schedule. Tender’s envelopes should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer. Tenderers shall submit the quotations by depositing them in the “EEO Tender Box”, situated at the Energy Efficiency Office, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters, 7/F, 3 Kai Shinq Street, Kowloon Bay, before 14:00 hours on 20 September 2016. Late tenders will not be accepted. |
Remarks | The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the tenders is based on a marking scheme, the tender has the highest overall mark. |
