Provision of Renewal Certification Audit Services, 1st Surveillance Audit Services and 2nd Surveillance Audit Services for Integrated Management Systems of Electrical & Mechanical Services Department in 2025 to 2027. The contract, commencing on 1 March 2025 or any other date as specified in the letter of acceptance (whichever is the later), will last for thirty-six (36) months.

1. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions after super typhoons" announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 0900 and 1200 hours on the date specified in the "Lodging of Tender" section of the Tender Form, the latest date and time before which Tenders are to be deposited in the Specified Tender Box and at the e-Tender Box will be extended to 1200 hours on the next working day.
2. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 0900 and 1200 hours on the Tender Closing Date, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements made via "Press Releases" on the website of the Information Services Department.

Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box ("Specified Tender Box") situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the closing date of the tender as stated above. Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.
