Adverse Weather Arrangement
Typhoon	If typhoon signal no. 8 or above is in force *at 3:00pm^ or thereafter** on training day, the training will be cancelled and no made-up class will be arranged.
Rainstorm	If Black rainstorm warning signal is in force at 4:00pm or thereafter on training day, the training will be cancelled and no made-up class will be arranged.
^* Remarks: By considering that the training venue is not the work place of the staff. The staff had to return to the work place to collect the training materials before heading to the training venue to hold the training upon the cancellation of the typhoon signal no. 8. As an additional journey will be involved, i.e. the staff would take a longer travelling time to the training venue, leading to an earlier effective time of the typhoon signal (signal no. 8 or above).
