Background
The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department is organizing the “District Cooling System at Kai Tak Development” Colouring and Drawing Competition. We hope that with the aid of the competition, it will help to enhance students’ understanding of the District Cooling System (DCS). All primary school students in Hong Kong are welcome to join.
