"EMSD was engaged by the Education Department to install computer wiring, power points and related fittings in our school for the 'IT in Education' programme. As an end-user of EMSD services, I am completely satisfied and have sent them a letter of appreciation. The reasons are simple. The project team in charge communicated details to us very clearly before any work began, and they were also careful to schedule the work after school hours and during weekends. There was no disruption to classes.

"One instance impressed me most. During the first few days of works, I noticed that the cable trunking was about to cut right through the centre of the ceiling at the main entrance of the school building - not the best arrangement. I spoke to the engineer in charge, and he immediately arranged for the cable trunking to be re-routed at no extra cost to us. These small things mean a great deal.
