Editor's Note
The 2006 Gold Quality Award bestowed by the Hong Kong Management Association is a true recognition of the steadfast effort of EMSTF staff in implementing quality management and continuously improving service delivery. As pledged by our Director, Mr Roger Lai Sze-hoi, EMSTF will seek to expand into new service areas which have synergy with conventional E&M engineering services and to further enrich the "one-stop service" concept, all for the benefit of our customers.
