It is with great pleasure that I present the January issue of the VoiceLink. The first decade of the EMSTF is a story of change. We have re-invented ourselves to grow from a conventional government department to a competitive and customer-focused organisation with a service-oriented culture. Through the hard work and dedication of the staff and the support of our customers, the EMSTF is now the preferred E&M engineering service provider for many of our customers. However, we must strive to take on a leadership role, to be on par with other organisations of excellence and to aspire to become a world-class organisation in the future. I believe our second decade will bring new challenges and also greater achievements. |
