Despite the increase in
consumption, the electricity and town gas consumption per capita values
have been exhibiting a downward-trend since 1999 (e.g. the electricity
consumption per capita value in Caroline Hill Headquarters and Kowloon
Workshop has been decreasing from 2,537 to 2,464 and 6,341 to 4,751
respectively from year 1999 to 2001). |
