Over the years, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund (EMSTF) has been providing customer-focused E&M engineering services to government departments and public institutions to improve the quality of life for our community.

This issue highlights our latest services and developments, featuring a few projects we have completed for client departments in a variety of areas. These include training facilities to simulate real-life marine rescue operations, green technology applications, as well as our engineering and support services for Prince of Wales Hospital extension block and a new-look fleet of ambulances.
