Integrated Management System: integration of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems into one, leading to more operational efficiency for clients.
Total Quality Management: overall platform to align and integrate various quality initiatives to further upgrade service quality to clients.
Corporate Computer System: we are in the process of upgrading our corporate computer systems and capabilities with enterprise management systems such as Enterprise Resources Planning. This will boost EMSTF's operational efficiencies while at the same time enabling a more effective interface with client operations.
