When the first issue of Voicelink came out, we were just beginning the "Untying" process. This issue not only brings us full circle to the end of the untying process after three years, but also represents yet another new beginning in our history. Our customers can now choose whether to use EMSTF's services or that of an alternative service provider.

Challenging times indeed, but it has provided us with the stimulus to ensure that we keep up with the times to provide you with the most efficient, cost-effective and value added services possible to better meet your needs. To do so, we also need to hear what you have to say. So if you have any view or comments on our services, be sure to let us know.
