The facilities in this building are truly unique. They have been created to maximise energy efficiency, explore new possibilities in renewable energy, leverage IT and new technologies to better serve Trading Services' clients, and not the least to provide a caring environment for EMSD employees. The EMSD Headquarters has also been designed to provide an effective interface with external stakeholders in the regulated trades, and to create a hub of community education activities to raise awareness of E&M safety and energy efficiency among students and members of the public.
