Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services Reflects on the Relocation

Moving to a new headquarters is a major undertaking for any organisation. EMSD's relocation to Kowloon Bay in May 2005 is a particularly interesting story as it heralds a new era for the organisation, with all its operations coming under one roof for the first time, and has been accomplished in a way that upholds EMSD's environmental principles and commitment to the community of Hong Kong. The Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Roger Lai, shares his thoughts.
