The scope of works includes replacement of twenty (20) units of air-cooled chiller, twenty-nine (29) sets of chilled water pump and associated installations in five (5) Hospital Authority’s venues. The works are scheduled to commence in June 2016 for completion in February 2019.

Selective tendering is adopted. Contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents, are invited to tender.

Contractor will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
